GroundPredict is an unreleased beta product. Product screens, workflows, features, prediction methods, confidence logic, reports, documentation, non-public pricing, roadmaps, and other non-public information provided through the beta are confidential information.
You agree not to share, publish, demonstrate, distribute, copy, or otherwise disclose confidential GroundPredict beta information except to people expressly authorized by GroundPredict.
You agree not to reverse engineer, reproduce, imitate, derive a competing product from, or use confidential GroundPredict beta information to develop or assist development of a competing subsurface intelligence product.
Ground-condition information you voluntarily submit may be stored, predictd, aggregated, and used by GroundPredict to validate and improve predictions, confidence methods, geological models, and future products.
GroundPredict will not intentionally present your company's private raw field submissions to other contractor users as identifiable contractor records unless separately authorized.
GroundPredict is a pre-bid planning and decision-support tool. It is not a site-specific geotechnical investigation, utility locate, engineering opinion, drilling plan, tooling recommendation, or guarantee of underground conditions.
Contractor responsibility and assumption of risk. GroundPredict predictions are provided only as supplemental information to assist the contractor's own evaluation and decision-making. The contractor remains solely responsible for verifying actual site and subsurface conditions, selecting appropriate drilling methods and tooling, determining bore paths and depths, preparing bids and pricing, and deciding whether and how to perform the work.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GroundPredict and its owners, affiliates, employees, and service providers are not responsible or liable for losses, costs, damages, or claims arising from reliance on a GroundPredict prediction, including damaged, stuck, lost, or destroyed downhole tooling or equipment; drilling or construction damage; delays or downtime; incorrect bids, estimates, pricing, or project costs; lost profits or revenue; or other direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic losses. Users should independently verify conditions whenever actual subsurface conditions could materially affect safety, equipment, tooling, pricing, or project performance.
GroundPredict may approve, suspend, restrict, or terminate beta access. Access credentials are individual and should not be shared without authorization.
Your typed name, account email, company, agreement version, user ID, and acceptance timestamp may be retained as part of GroundPredict's beta-access audit trail.
v2.11.0
Use GPS or an address, confirm the exact pin, choose working depth, and run GroundPredict.
Make your first evidence-driven assessment of likely ground conditions.
Open QuickPredict, enter the job location or use your current location, confirm the map pin, and choose your working depth. Select Predict Ground to review the predicted ground profile. Basic access is enough to get started.
Review Data Coverage / Evidence Quality alongside the result. GroundPredict uses available public soil and geologic data and nearby approved contractor field validations where available. Nearby observations are not measurements at your exact jobsite; coverage and depth relevance vary.
Predictions are planning aids, not guarantees of subsurface conditions. They do not replace site-specific investigation, utility locating, or professional judgment.
After observing actual conditions, use Report Actual Conditions from your prediction. Record the location, working depth, materials encountered, and useful field notes. Submitted observations are reviewed before qualifying as approved field evidence.
With Pro access, use Contractor Network to search by location, service, and distance. Publish your company listing, service locations, and availability to receive direct work inquiries, or contact listed contractors about a project. Listings are user-submitted; GroundPredict does not verify contractors or guarantee work.
Account creation does not start your 30-day Pro Beta. It starts only when you explicitly choose Activate 30-Day Pro Beta in your account. Opening this guide or running a Basic prediction does not activate it. After expiry, access returns to Basic unless another Pro entitlement applies.

Checking soil horizons, mapped geology, terrain, and available regional subsurface records.
Record what was actually encountered so GroundPredict can compare the field result with the original prediction.
Add route pins by walking the job with your phone or by tapping/clicking directly on the map.
Use the last QuickPredict location to see the mapped formation and the closest surrounding formations.
Every field report is compared with the prediction that was stored when the GroundPredict check was originally run. Engine updates do not rewrite historical predictions.
